Many women successfully teach themselves fertility awareness, with books like 'Taking Charge Of Your Fertility' by Toni Weschler
or on websites like the Natural Family Planning Teachers' Association at www.nfpta.org.uk.
Whether or not it’s new to you, tuition can be beneficial. I can help you gain confidence in your skills and in the method
much more quickly.
I can help you to realise any mistakes or misinterpretations, which can help with your success in avoiding or achieving a
pregnancy.
The success rates from the studies are based on partakers who had tuition.
We are all unique, so it can be confusing comparing your own observations to descriptions an images of others. There are
also special
circumstances like post-partum, post hormonal birth control, peri-menopausal and irregular cycles that can make it harder
to find a
pattern and sometimes require special circumstance rules too.
I hope to provide charting advice and support to anyone that needs it, whether you are a beginner & you want
to be sure that you have understood everything correctly, or if you are going through any kind of change in
your reproductive life.
The different courses available from Natural She can allow you to just 'have a go' at
charting your cycle or, if you have already started charting, give you the individual guidance
to be able to chart more accurately. You have a choice of consultation
or email support with all our courses.
To sign up with Natural She, please read the following disclaimer & head over to the Work With Me page.
Natural She educates women in charting their body's fertility indicators to determine where the fertile
window opens and closes as well as get to know themselves better on a biological level. I am qualified to
teach NFP / FAM by the NFPTA (Natural Family Planning Teachers Association) UK & my advice is based on
personal research and experience as well as the guidelines set out by the NFPTA.
By using any information provided on my website, in my courses or as part of tuition, you are recognising
that each cycle is unique, and there is always a small risk of human error which I can't be held responsible for.
I acknowledge that there is still a risk when using FAM as birth control - just as with every other method
(except abstinence!) and you must take the same responsibility for that risk.
As the sayings go - 'knowledge is power' and 'with power comes responsibility'. If you think that you
would rather be the one in control than hand that power and responsibility over to a product or a pharmaceutical company,
then Fertility Awareness could be perfect for you.
